Delivery & Returns

DELIVERY

We currently only ship to the UK. We will be adding more shipping locations as time goes on, so keep an eye out for yours. 

All orders are sent with tracking information and require a signature on delivery. You will receive an email for when your order has been confirmed, when your order has been shipped and when your order is out for delivery. The shipping and delivery emails will include a link, directing you to your order status page which displays tracking information and the estimated delivery date.

* For UK Next Day Delivery, orders must be placed before noon (12:00pm). Orders placed after 12:00pm will be delivered the following day *

RETURNS

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that we currently do not offer free returns - the return postage is £2.85 and will be deducted from the amount to be refunded. 

You will be given 3 options for your returning method: 

Royal Mail Home Collection: Shipping label print at home or provided by courier

Royal Mail will collect from the address that the item was shipped to. If selected, we will send you your collection date and time via email. If the collection date and time does not work for you, please respond to the email as soon as possible and we will rearrange the collection (if possible) or advise to return via a post box or your local delivery office. If, however, you miss the collection, we will have to rebook the return which will cost a further £2.85.

Post Box / Royal Mail Local Delivery Office: Shipping label print at home or QR Code scanned (only at delivery office)

You can post via your nearest post box or Royal Mail Local Delivery Office. Once you receive the email from us including your shipping label, you have 5 days to post the parcel. 

AFTER COMPLETION OF RETURNS FORM

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an email with the return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

You must place the Packing Slip inside the parcel, and reseal the packaging securely, or use a new polymailer bag (these can be purchased at a post office). Please note that we will not accept returns that are damaged or lost due to insecure packaging. 

If you opted for courier collection when completing the returns form, you can either attach the shipping label securely to the outer packaging yourself, or the courier can print one and attach it for you.

If you opted for post box / delivery office postage: 

Post box: You must print the shipping label provided in the email and attach it securely to the outer packaging. You can then post it through your nearest post box. 

Royal Mail Local Delivery Office: You can either print the shipping label provided in the email and attach it securely to the outer packaging, or you can show the QR Code at the delivery office and they will print one off and attach it for you. Please note that you cannot return the parcel via a Post Office.

Once we have received the item, provided the above conditions are met, your refund will be processed to the original payment method and will take up to 14 business days to reach your bank account. 

 

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCHANGES

We currently do not offer exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
